輕輕撫梳心的不斷騷動，
直到能寧靜住在行走的每一步裡，
直到能寧靜住在自己裡，
直到能寧靜住在自己裡，
世界才能輕輕抵達我。
我不趕路，終於不再因此錯過，
一切的到來，一切的經過。
專心當河流的上游，
專心享受流動的每一刻，
生命的森林裡有太多錯縱複雜的小徑，
但當我專心當片葉子，整座森林都將是我。
I have combed the rolling sweep of my heart
swaying in every second,
until I live in every step of me serenely,
and live inside myself peacefully.
At the same time the world reaches me silently.
I don't rush for my way anymore,
And thus catch up to
every coming and going of my life.
I concentrate on being the upper reaches of the life river.
I concentrate on enjoying every moment of flowing.
There are always many intricate windings in the forest.
But if I concentrate on being a leaf,
the whole forest am I.
